Samsung launched its low budget smartphone "Galaxy J2 (2018) to counter Redmi 5; see details

Samsung has launched its budget smartphone in India i.e. Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018). In a first look, this handset looks like an Indian version of the Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro which was released in Vietnam in the starting of this year. The company has informed that its new smartphone will be studded with Samsung mall feature. This e-commerce platform was released with Galaxy On7 Prime. Galaxy J2 will be the counterpart of Xiaomi Redmi 5.

Samsung Galaxy J2 2018 is selling at the price of Rs 8,190, according to the information this handset will be available form 27 April in three variations of colours i.e. Gold, Black and Pink. The company has also made collaboration with Reliance Jio. If any Jio subscriber purchases the Samsung Galaxy J2, he will get the cash back of Rs 2,750. This cash back will come to your MyJio account. Jio users will also get extra 10GB data for next 10 recharge.


Samsung Galaxy J2 will have the specifications like 5 inch of full Hd display with 540x960 pixels resolution. This handset will be powered by 1.4 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon processor. It will have 4 GB RAM with 256 GB internal storage. If we talk about the camera it has 8 MP auto focus camera and 5 MP front camera.
