Made in India: Samsung to sell smartphones at Re 1

South Korean multinational conglomerate Samsung is selling smartphones for Re 1 in India as part of 'Make for India Celebrations'.
According to the company's website, the buyers can pay the remaining amount in 10 EMIs.
The company is also offering deals on TVs, ACs, refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves.
The move by Samsung comes only days after the company announced that it has overtaken Apple in the smartphone segment in the January-March quarter.
