Bharti Airtel is the biggest telecom operator in India in terms of the number of subscribers. Airtel has been experimenting with its different prepaid recharge packs. It was the first in the country to roll-out 4G services. However, the expensive charges Airtel started its 4G journey with expensive tariffs that could not find many takers. This is where Jio came into play with its aggressive pricing strategy and took the market with a blow.

Jio hit the market with its free services for the subscribers that lasted for almost 6 months. Jio's strategy worked for them and they managed to attract the subscribers. Since then, other players in the market have been struggling to hold their feet in the competitive Indian market. In a bid to cope up with the competition put up by Reliance Jio, other players in the telecom market have brought down their tariffs substantially.

In the same line, Airtel has recently come up with its 30 GB free data offer. To stay updated on the competition, Airtel also started rolling out VoLTE services in select circles in the recent months. Now, Airtel has started a new Beta Program in order to strengthen its foothold in the VoLTE telecom segment. The company is providing 30 GB of free internet data to the users who join the new Beta program.

The company recently launched its VoLTE services in the western Uttar Pradesh. The roll-out program has been initiated in select circles such as West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Kerala, Bihar, Punjab, and Andhra Pradesh. The company is calling its users to try and test the VoLTE technology and get 30GB of free data for the same.
