NASA discovered elements of life on Mars, traces back to 3 billion yeCuriosity rovers launched in 2012 has found an important element on Mars, responsible for life. The new discovery indicates towards the presence of life on red planet 3 billion years ago. The director of Solar method investigation department Paul Mhaafi declared it an adventurous discovery. However, it still not makes clear that how these elements were born.

Though the fact of the existence of these elements is still unknown. NASA said these elements could be the source of nourishment for the micro-organisms. A researcher of Maryland based Goddard space centre of NASA informed the Carbon element found on Mars planet is not the exact evidence of life. Because it could also belong to non-living matters.

According to the researcher, these carbon elements will be helpful for researchers looking for evidence of life on Mars. Because the kind of life we understand has carbon elements in its base. However, he also added that the current atmosphere of planet Mars cannot support life. But possibly the atmosphere of Mars was able to hold the water and liquid matter on its surface.

NASA posted on Twitter, #ICYMI, we took steps forward in the search for life on Mars! Two new @MarsCuriosity discoveries announced today to increase the chances that the record of habitability and potential life has been preserved on the Red Planet.
