Magnificent: NASA just released the 'real' image of India on Diwali from space

Move over all the fake images of India as seen from space on the night of Diwali. NASA just released the real image of India as seen from space on Diwali. American astronaut, engineer and a retired US Navy Captain, Scott Kelly, tweeted an image from space while orbiting over India.

Kelly tweeted a magnificent image of South India and wished everyone a good night. Here's the tweet:

In the past, a fake image of India as seen from space on Diwali night was making rounds on the internet. However, NASA rubbished the all the claims saying that they took that particular photo a couple of years ago.

Astronaut Kelly, the commander of the International Space Station's year-long space mission, has been enjoying Earth's view from outer space for over 200 days now.
