Why did Rajinikanth pay Kamal Haasan a visit?

Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth are known for their terrific onscreen chemistry. In fact, Kamal Haasan's first film in a lead role, Apoorva Ragangal, was also the debut film of the Thalaivar. What's more, the two are good friends off screen too.

Recently, Rajinikanth decided to meet his friend, Kamal Haasan, at his residence. The Kabali actor visited his friend at his home on Tuesday morning and inquired about the health of the 'Ulaganayagan'.

Kamal Hassan, who is recovering from a leg injury, will rejoin the sets of his upcoming tri-lingual comedy Sabash Naidu from January 2017.

Catch had previously reported that Kamal Haasan fractured his leg after he slipped and fell at his residence in Chennai in July this year.

Directed by Rajeev Kumar and produced by Lyca productions, Sabash Naidu also stars Ramya Krishnan and Brahmanandam. The film marks the first acting-collaboration of father-daughter duo, Kamal and his daughter Shruti Haasan.
