Vikram Vedha composer Sam CS to handle background score in Mohanlal's upcoming thriller Odiyan

The shooting of Mohanlal's upcoming film Odiyan is currently progressing at a brisk speed in Kerala. The film, which stars the Malayalam superstar in the titular role of Odiyan Manikkan, will mark the directorial debut of ad film maker VA Shrikumar of Kalyan Jewellers fame. Written by Harikrishnan Kornath, Odiyan stars Manju Warrier in the female lead and also stars Prakash Raj in a significant role.

Earlier, VA Shrikumar Menon had promised that Odiyan will have one of the finest talents to do the technical aspects of the film. He had already roped in national award winning stunt director Peter Hein to do the action sequences of Odiyan.

And now, the makers of Odiyan have roped in none other than Sam CS to handle the background score in the film. The composer was recently in news for giving terrific BG score in one of the finest thrillers of the year, R Madhavan - Vijay Setupathi's Tamil blockbuster Vikram Vedha.
