Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Bairavaa fetch third highest price for Vijay starrer
The shooting of the much-awaited Tamil film of 2017, Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer Bairavaa is currently underway in the locales of Andhra Pradesh. Recently, director Bharathan shot a romantic song featuring Vijay and lead actress Keerthy Suresh in Rajahmundry, AP.
According to the latest Kollywood update, the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Bairavaa have been sold to popular distributor, Sri Green Productions for a whopping price. The actual price is yet to be revealed but it has been confirmed that the price paid for Bairavaa is the third highest ever for a Vijay starrer after the blockbusters, Theri and Kaththi.
Produced by Vijaya Productions, Bairavaa also stars Jagapati babu, Daniel Balaji, Sharath Lohithsawa and Aparna Vinod. The music of the film has been composed by the Kabali composer, Santhosh Narayanan.
Bairavaa is slated to be released in Pongal 2017.
