SPYder : Teaser release of Mahesh Babu - AR Murugadoss film postponed due to Dasari's demise

The teaser release of the upcoming Mahesh Babu film has been postponed. Directed by AR Murugadoss of Ghajini and Thuppakki fame, the teaser of the action-thriller was supposed to-be-released today evening 5 PM. But the makers had cancelled the teaser release following the demise of legendary Telugu director Dasari Narayana Rao. SPYder teaser will now release on Thursday morning at 10.30.

The makers took to their Twitter page to confirm the update;

"As a mark of respect to #Legend #DasariNarayanaRao garu, the #GlimpseOfSPYDER is postponed & will now be launched @10:30AM on 1st June 2017".

Mahesh Babu expressed his shock over the demise of Dasari Narayana Rao.

"Shocked and saddened by the news of Dasari Narayana Rao Garu's passing away. May his soul rest in peace. His death leaves a void that can never be filled. Prayers and strength with the whole family", Mahesh Babu tweeted.

Mahesh Babu started his acting career as a child artist in Dasari Narayana Rao's 1979 film Needa. The veteran had directed 151 films and produced 50 films in the span of his long career.
