SC issues notice to Rajinikanth's wife in alleged Kochadaiiyaan cheating case
The Supreme Court of India, on 8 July, issued a notice to superstar Rajinikanth's wife, Latha Rajinikanth, to respond to the court in an alleged cheating case related to the 2014 Tamil animated film, Kochadaiiyaan.
Last year, a complain was filed against Latha Rajinikanth for forging the documents. The complaint was registered after media management firm, AD Bureau alleged that Latha Rajinikanth had produced fake documents to sell the rights of Kochadaiiyan to the entertainment company.
"SC issues notice to Tamil film star Rajinikanth's wife Latha Rajinikanth on plea by Ad bureau co. over Kochadaiiyaan movie selling rights," tweeted ANI.
In the meanwhile, superstar Rajinikanth is gearing up for the release of Kabali, which is set for a worldwide release on 22 July, 2016.
