Rajinikanth and I are rivals in film industry, but I will join hands with him in politics : Kamal Haasan
Seems like Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan is all set to make his political entry in filmy style as well. On Saturday, the four-time-National award winning actor stated that he would join hands with his friend and superstar Rajinikanth if the latter decided to enter politics.
"There are lot of questions whether I will join hands with Rajinikanth in politics. We are rivals in industry. But we consult for key issues. If people give me a strong signal I will go for it. If Rajini enters politics, I will join hands with him", Kamal Haasan said.
Kamal Haasan's statements gives a strong hint that the Ulaganayakan is ready for his political entry.
Film stars entering politics is not new in Tamil Nadu. Earlier, top actors like including MG Ramachandran, Jayalalithaa and writer M Karunanidhi too have been very successful in politics.
