Naa Peru Surya : Anu Emmanuel replaces Kiara Advani in Allu Arjun's patriotic thriller
Malayalam actress Anu Emmanuel has been brought in as the replacement for Kiara Advani in Allu Arjun's upcoming film Naa Peru Surya. The makers had earlier decided to cast the MS Dhoni: The Untold actress, but now looks like there has been a change of plan as they recently confirmed that Anu will be playing the lead role.
The exact reason for the replacement is yet-to-be-revealed, but there are reports that the makers were pretty impressed with Anu's acting skills that she displayed in her earlier film,Majnu, Oxygen and Unnadu Jagartha.
Scriptwriter Vakkantham Vams will be making his directorial debut with this film that is set against war backdrop.
Produced under the banner of Ramalakshmi Cine Creations, it will have cinematography by national award winning cinematographer Rajeev Ravi and Vishal-Shekhar will be composing the music for the film.
