My support is for no one in the coming elections, says Rajinikanth

Since the past couple of days, there were reports that Legendary star Rajinikanth will be supporting BJP in the upcoming elections that will is scheduled to be held in Tamil Nadu.

The reports became more strong when the BJP candidate of RK Nagar, Gangai Amaran met Thalaivar at his house. Amaran's son and film director Venkat Prabhu tweeted that Rajinikanth had wished his father good wishes for the upcoming elections. He also shared a picture of Rajinikanth with his father on Tuesday.

Venkat Prabhu tweeted;

"Today our thalaivar @superstarrajini met and wished my dad for his political victory in #RKNagarByElection #happyson#GangaiAmaran"

Within no time, the pic lead to so many speculations that Rajinikanth was supporting BJP.

However, on Thursday morning, Rajnikanth took to his Twitter account to clear all the speculations. He stated that he is not backing in this upcoming election.

Rajinikanth tweeted;

"My support is for no one in the coming elections, tweets Rajinikanth".
