Mollywood: First look of Jayasurya's Inspector Dawood Ibrahim out

The first look of Jayasurya's Inspector Dawood Ibrahim (IDI) is out. The film marks the directorial debut of actor Sajid Yahiya. Sajid had initially planned to make the film with Asif Ali, but later signed Jayasurya for the film.

National award winning actor Jayasurya will be seen in a different avatar in IDI despite having played a cop in films like Mumbai Police and Robinhood.

Sshivada Nair plays the female lead in the film. The actress was paired opposite Jayasurya in last year's hit Su..Su...Sudhi Vathmeekam. The film also stars Joju George, Saiju Kurup and Sampath. Shooting of the film started in the first week of March in Mangalore. IDI is slated to release later this year.
