Mersal, Aval, Aramm and Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, it's raining hits at the Chennai Box Office

It's raining hits at the Chennai Box office. After the theatrical success of Thalapathy Vijay's Mersal, Siddharth - Andrea Jeremiah's Aval and Nayanthara starrer Aramm, the last Friday release Karthi's police crime-thriller Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru too hits the jackpot at the Chennai Box Office. Directed by Sathuranga Vettai fame Vinoth and jointly produced by S.R. Prakashbabu and S. R. Prabhu of Dream Warrior Pictures, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru is based on true events 'Operation Bawaria Case'.

On it's opening weekend, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru had minted an impressive Rs. 1.80 crore to continue the winning streak at the Chennai Box Office. The film has been praised for it's thrilling story, action sequences and the performance of Karthi, which is considered as the best work of actor's career. And with this excellent opening, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru is sure to become the fourth straight hit at the Chennai Box Office.

Meanwhile, Thalapathy Vijay's Diwali blockbuster Mersal and the previous November releases Aval and Aramm too continued it's dominance despite the release of Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru and Hollywood film Justice League at the Chennai Box Office.
