Kerala Box Office: Dileep - Tomichan Mulakuppadam's Ramaleela off to a bumper start, reports positive

The much awaited Malayalam film of the year, Dileep's Ramaleela released today, The film, tipped to be a political thriller has been bankrolled by Tomichan Mulakkuppadam under the banner of Mulakkuppadam Films. Ramaleela marks the directorial debut of Arun Gopy.

As expected, Ramaleela has opened to a bumper start at the Kerala Box Office. In fact, the Dileep starrer has taken one of the biggest Malayalam openings of 2017. Be it multiplexes or single screens, Ramaleela has recorded excellent occupancy on opening shows and noon shows. The film has been praised for Arun Gopy's direction and Dileep's acting, who's reportedly brilliant in the film as MLA Ramanunni.

Going by positive reviews and the advance booking for the evening/night shows, Ramaleela is all set to cross the coveted Rs. 2 crore mark on its opening.

Ramaleela also stars an ensemble star cast including Raadhika sarath Kumar, Prayaga Martin, Mukesh, Salim Kumar, Siddique, Vijayaraghavan, Suresh Krishna, Renji Panicker and Kalabhavan Shajon.
