Kerala Box Office : Baahubali 2 unseats Mohanlal's Pulimurugan to become the fastest Rs. 40 crore grosser

SS Rajamouli's Baahubali : The Conclusion is on a record breaking spree at the Kerala box office. The war-drama, which had released on April 28 is creating records with each passing day across the cinemas of Kerala.
The film defeats the 2016 Mohanlal blockbuster Pulimurugan to become the fastest Rs. 40 crore grosser at the Kerala box office.
While Pulimurugan took 14 theatrical days to cross the Rs. 40 crore mark, Baahubali reached that in just 10 days. The film has lost only 50-60 screens in its second weekend and is still playing in nearly 250 screens in Kerala.
Baahubali 2 stars Prabhas in dual roles along with Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Ramyakrishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar and Tamannaah Bhatia.
