It's official! Karan Johar announces release date of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion

Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is touted as one of the most awaited films of 2017. The SS Rajamouli directorial stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Sathyaraj, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Ramya Krishnan in lead roles. The prequel of the film, Baahubali: The Beginning, which had released in July 2015, was a huge blockbuster at the Box Office.

Earlier, there were reports that the much-awaited sequel will arrive on 14 April 2017. In fact most of the media had reported the same date as the release date of the film. However, top Bollywood director Karan Johar, who just bought the North Indian distribution rights of Hindi version of Baahubali 2 confirmed the release date as 28 April 2017. The director also revealed that his home banner, Dharma Productions, had purchased the rights of Hindi Baahubali 2 along with AA films.
