The release date of the much-awaited Telugu film, A Aa, has been postponed. The Trivikram Srinivas directorial was initially slated to release on 27 May, 2016. However, the latest update is that the romantic entertainer's release date has been postponed to 3 June, 2016.

A Aa stars Nithiin and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles. The film also marks the Tollywood debut of Malayalam actress Anupama Parameshwaran, who made waves with the blockbuster Premam.

Reportedly, the makers decided to postpone the film's release due to an over exposure of Samantha's films at the Box Office. Her Tamil film with Vijay, Theri was released on 14 April, 2016. Last week saw her second release of the year, Suriya's Tamil-Telugu bilingual sci-fi thriller 24. Samantha will be seen romancing Mahesh Babu in coming Friday's Telugu film Brahmotsavam.
