The much-awaited audio launch of the Telugu version of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story was unveiled on Saturday evening, in Hyderabad. The star-studded event was launched by popular Telugu film director, SS Rajamouli.

Speaking to the media at the audio launch, the Baahubali director revealed that MS Dhoni was his inspiration and expressed his joy at standing next to the two-time-World Cup-winning-captain at the event. The super hit director also added that he is ready to pay one crore just to share the stage with Team India ODI - T20 captain.

Rajamouli was quoted as saying:

"I started watching cricket in the mid 80s when we had great players like Gavaskar, Kapil Dev and Azharuddin. But the cricket was mixed with a sense of joy and fear too whether our team will win or not until this man came along. After Dhoni became the captain, we started watching cricket without fear with utter joy.

A week back, my friend called me and said there will be MS Dhoni's Telugu audio launch in Hyderabad and asked me if I could come. But he didn't know that I would pay a crore to share this stage with him if I had to. I would like to thank director Neeraj Pandey for telling the inside story of MS Dhoni."

Meanwhile, MS Dhoni : The Untold Story is slated to hit the screens on 30 September. The film stars Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role.
