Baahubali 2 : Pre-release live telecast rights of Prabhas, Rana Daggubati film sold for a whopping price
The pre-release event of SS Rajamouli's upcoming film Baahubali : The Conclusion was held on Sunday evening in Hyderabad. Jointly produced by Shobu Yarlagadda, Kovelamudi Raghavendra Rao and Prasad Devineni, stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia in lead roles. Baahubali 2, a sequel to the 2015 blockbuster Baahubali : The Beginning also stars veteran actors Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan and Rohini.
The event was also attended by Bollywood director Karan Johar, who is distributing the Hindi dubbed version of Baahubali 2 in India.
Both the Telugu channels TV9 and NTV have reportedly spent Rs 75 lakhs to get the live pre-release telecast rights of Baahubali 2.
Apart from the television telecast, the event was also streamed live on YouTube and 360° VR telecast on Radeon's official website as well.
