The film, directed and written by Vikram Kumar, has been produced by Suriya under his home banner, 2D Entertainment.Addressing the media during the star-studded launch, Suriya urged his fans to support good cinema."Please don\'t support my film just because I am acting in it. Don\'t blindly watch my films just because of me. Encourage my films only if they are good. Even if it is my own production, if the film is bad then kindly ignore it," he said."Nothing helps a film run well better than good word of mouth. Make my films a success only if they are good. If you don\'t ignore my bad films, then I can not improve as an actor. When you reject my bad films, then I can search for better scripts and grow as an actor," Suriya said. The Ghajini actor also expressed his concern over the alarming number of student suicides. "I read that around 20 students committed suicide after seeing their higher secondary exam answer papers. Kindly don\'t take such rash decisions. Please have some patience.
