Delhi Election 2020: Congress' Alka Lamba gets into altercation with AAP worker outside polling booth [Video]

Congress candidate Alka Lamba has slapped an Aam Aadmi Party worker at a polling station after he allegedly passed comment on her son.

As Alka Lamba attacked the AAP worker in front of the polling station in Majnu Ka Tila on Saturday, police officials present at the location interfered as she raised a complaint. She, however could not hit the man and missed the slap.


According to sources the AAP worker passed a comment against her son, how, it is not certain what led to the slap.

Alka Lamba, the Chandni Chowk MLA, had served ties with AAP after disagreements and a public spat. This time she fought the Delhi polls from Chandni Chowk after going back to Congress.

As the altercation between Alka Lamba and the AAP worker erupted in front of the polling station, police personnel intervened, the Congress leader immediately sought an FIR and created an uproar in front of the police.
