Signalling the first signs of frustration with Congress' protests, Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav said that his party won't support continuing disruption of Parliament.
With just four more days left in the ongoing Monsoon session, the Parliament has hardly transacted a day's business.
Samajwadi Party had backed Congress' boycott of Parliament when 25 MPs of the party were suspended by the Speaker of Lok, Sabha Sumitra Mahajan. However, after the meeting with Speaker today Yadav told the media that he wanted the Parliament to function.
Congress has been disrupting Parliament and demanding the resignations of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje for allegedly helping scam-tainted IPL chief Lalit Modi.
