And the wait of the Kareena Kapoor Khan’s fans is all over as the actress has rubbished the reports by putting them in the trash. The Bollywood Diva clarified that she hasn’t been approached for any such thing. She has also added that her only focus has been and will continue to be movies
According to a report in Pinkvilla, Kareena has been quoted as saying, “There is no truth to these reports. I have not been approached for this whatsoever. My focus is and only will be movies.”
Notably, the local Congress leaders Guddu Chauhan and Anees Khan have written to party president Rahul Gandhi requesting him to field actress Kareena Kapoor as their candidate for Lok Sabha elections. "Kareena is the 'bride of Bhopal'...We're sure she can do the job for Congress," said Guddu. Kareena's husband Saif Ali Khan is a descendant of Bhopal's erstwhile royal family.
