Uttar Pradesh: 3 killed in two separate incidents of suspected honour killing

Three persons, including a girl, were killed in two separate incidents of suspected honour killing in Muzzafarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh.
A couple was strangulated on 22 July when the girl's family found them together.
Mayank and Rachna were killed by Rachna's family at their house as they were caught in an objectionable position, police said.
The girl's father and brother have been arrested while efforts are on to nab other absconding accused, police said.
In the second incident, a 22-year-old man was killed yesterday allegedly over an alleged love affair with a girl.
Mursaleem was stabbed to death by five members of the girl's family.
A case has been registered against the accused who are at large, police said.
