"What does Pakistan mean by 'unprovoked'? Killing 18 of our soldiers is not provocation?" Tharoor added, in reaction to Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's statement on the attack, calling it 'naked' and 'unprovoked'.Also read - Sonia Gandhi congratulates Indian Army on surgical strikes, expresses support to govt stand
