Shocking! BSF jawan honey-trapped and spying Pakistan’s ISI for two years; arrested

A shocking news comes to light after a Border Security Force (BSF) get arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terror Squad (ATS). The jawan was allegedly honey-trapped by Pakistan’s ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) over Facebook.

Reportedly, he has been spying for Pakistan’s ISI for two years, now has been arrested by UP ATS. He was honey-trapped on the social media by a woman who claimed to be a defence reporter.


The BSF constable has been identified as Achutanand Mishra and he has been arrested from Noida on Wednesday. Later, he was produced before the local court where he has been remanded to police custody for five days from Wednesday night.

Constable Mishra was posted at the BSF Composite hospital in Delhi. He was in contact with a girl who posed herself as a defence reporter and honey trapped him on Facebook.

As per the ATS, Mishra fell in the trap and had exchanged an important data with the Pak ISI for two years. After getting the inputs from the military intelligence unit in Chandigarh, the team of UP ATS has filed an FIR against him.

Mishra also started chatting on WhatsApp after their initial conversation on Facebook. BSF jawan chats also that he was also influenced for changing his religion and also on the anti-Kashmir issue, police added.

Director General of Police OP Singh also told that BSF jawan was lured by a woman from Egypt and he sent her vital information and also violated the Official Secret Act. However, the woman was reportedly working for Pakistan’s agency ISI.

Meanwhile, a case under sections 3/4/5/9 of the Official Secrets Act, section 121(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 66D of the IT Act was registered against the BSF constable.
