Ramdev and centre to collaborate in finding a cure for malnutrition
The Centre in collaboration with yoga guru Ramdev and his aide Balkrishna will document and identify medicinal herbs helpful in treatment of malnutrition.
Announcing this at a function held here to mark Balkrishna's birthday, Union Minister for Tribal Affairs Juel Oram said it was amazing that people disappointed by the country's super-speciality hospitals are coming to the yoga guru and his aide for help and are being cured.
Claiming that tribals know the cure of malnutrition, Oram said his ministry will collaborate with Ramdev and Balkrishna to identify and document medicinal herbs helpful in the treatment of malnutrition.
The Union Minister also released a book on Ayurveda written by Balkrishna on the occasion which has been translated into 12 languages.
