OMG! After cow, now donkey 'Kachur Khar' gets SSB admit card in Jammu and Kashmir; pic goes viral

A cow was issued an admit card in Jammu and Kashmir to write an examination two years ago. In no time the news went viral and people started commenting on the hall ticket allocation to a cow to appear in the examination. Now, a donkey has been issued a hall ticket to sit for a recruitment test for naib tehsildars in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to The Hindu, a prankster claims to get an admit card issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board in the name of Kachur Khar (brown donkey) for the test scheduled for Sunday.

A photograph of the admit card issued to a donkey that holds an animal's photograph on it has been viral on a social media platform. When tried to contact the Board officials, calls were not answered.

One Twitter user lamented the waste of resources. “It is ridiculous to get a system-generated card in the name of a donkey and then make it a news. It only shows how much extra time we have for wastage. Grow up,” the user wrote.

A Facebook user lashed out at the Board. “This application form could have been deleted or cancelled easily by SSB officials from the system because the issue was already highlighted in 2015,” he said.

Two years back in 2015, the Board of Professional Entrance Examinations issued an admit card to a cow for an examination. A Budgam resident got hall ticket for his Brown Cow to write a professional entrance examination. The admit card was issued to the cow named Kachir Gaaw (Brown Cow), which is supposedly the daughter of Gura Dand (Red Bull).
