OMG, PM Modi just posed before an Indian flag unfurled upside down

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Malaysia to attend the 10th ASEAN-India Summit and 13th East Asia Summit, besides holding bilateral meetings with his Malaysian counterpart Najib Razak. Big agenda ahead. But a little goof up there caught our attention. Something the Prime Minister perhaps should have pointed out before posing for this picture with his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe.
