Lok Sabha Election Result 2019: BJP's Bhagavanth Rao leading from Hyderabad; Asaduddin Owaisi trails

The counting of votes for the 17th Lok Sabha elections has begun today at 8:00 am. As per the early trends, in Hyderabad, BJP’s Dr. Bhagavanth Rao is leading. While MIM President, Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi lagging behind.

As per the official website of Election Commission of India, Dr. Rao polled 3903 votes while Owaisi bagged only 1639 votes in his constituency.


Hyderabad is a Lok Sabha constituency in the region of Telangana in South India.

 

As per the reports, this constituency has a 3.98% estimated SC population while 1.24% of ST population.

The literacy rate in the region is 81.71%. In 2019 General Assembly election, there was about 60% voter turnout was recorded in all 17 constituencies. The polling for phase 1 was held on 11th April.

As per the offical EC trends, ' BJP is leading on 279 seats while Congress leading on 51 seats.

 

According to the official website of Election Comission latest updates, Narendra Modi-led NDA is heading for a second term with the BJP leading in 295 seats.
