Indian army launches massive counter attack along the LoC

The Indian Army has reportedly launched a massive counter attack along the Line of Control. The move comes a day after an Indian soldier was beheaded in an encounter with terrorists in Machhal sector of Jammu and Kashmir. Two other soldiers were killed in the attack.

According to media reports, the soldiers are firing along the LoC in Poonch, Rajouri, Kel and Machhal.

Commenting on the issue yesterday, the Army had said that the repercussion to this will be heavy. According to sources, Pakistan's Border Action Team (BAT) is believed to be behind the attack.
