Grenade blast in Meghalaya's William nagar, 6 persons injured

At least four people were injured after a grenade blast in the William Nagar market in East Garo Hills in Meghalaya.
The Garo National Liberation Army ( GNLA) group is suspected to be behind the blast.
DGP Rajiv Mehta confirmed the news to ANI.
