After being banned from performing in Mumbai by the Shiv Sena, Ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali has agreed to do a concert in the national capital in December.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took to Twitter to confirm the reports.
Ghulam Ali Sahib. Hum apke bahut bade fan hain. Abhi apse baat karke bahut acha laga. Thanks for agreeing to do a program in Delhi in Dec.

The Shiv Sena had earlier defended banning the Pakistani singer from performing in Maharashtra, saying what they had done was in true spirit of patriotism. The Shiv Sena also slammed Kejriwal for inviting the singer to perform in the national capital, accusing him of doing 'vote bank politics'.
The Sena mouthpiece Saamna in an editorial today said that banning Ali was their tribute to all the Indian soldiers, who had died in the recent ceasefire violations, and added that boycotting Pakistan in all forms was the only way to fight back.
