An FIR (First information report) has been lodged against Congress’ Alka Lamba at Hazratganj police station in Lucknow over her indecent and deplorable comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath.

The complaint was lodged against the Congress leader by Dr Preeti Verma, member of the Uttar Pradesh Child Protection Commission. The FIR has been registered under sections 504, 505 (A)(b) and 505 (2) of the Indian Penal Code.

In video posted by Alka Lamba on Twitter, she was seen launching an attack on PM Modi and UP CM Yogi Adityanath and terming the deo ‘impotent’, in terms of discharging their responsibilities. She also went on to say that she spits on their face.

Lamba further went on to corner the Prime Minister and CM Adityanath for playing the Muslim and Dalit card for political benefits. Alluding to Unnao Rape case in which former BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar was involved, she dubbed ‘Beti Bachao’ campaign a flop show, alleging that the government has been unsuccessful in protecting daughters of India and bring forth justice to the victims.

Furthermore, the Congress leader wrote that the video she shared is 2-year old, which has been seen by nearly one crore people so far.

“When blind “Bhakts” (devotees) could not find anything against me, then they searched this old video for FIR,” she wrote.
