Bhartiya Janta Party spokesperson, Sambit Patra attacked Congress chief Rahul Gandhi over his 'rich black money' holder standing in queues during demonestisation. Responding to his question Patra said, BJP saw him standing in line.

“Today Rahul ji in Chhattisgarh asked 'did anyone saw any rich black money holder get out of a big car and stand in the line during #Demonetisation'? Would like to tell him yes we saw you get out of your 4 crore car and stand in line,” said Sambit Patra.


In a public rally in poll-bound Chhattisgarh's Kanker, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi launched a scathing attack on BJP and PM Narendra Modi over Rafale aircraft deal and on demonetisation's second anniversary. Speaking on demonetisation, Rahul Gandhi said no black money holder was seen in long queues.

“All of you were standing in long queues during #Demonetisation but not one black money holder was seen. Also, Nirav Modi, Vijay Mallya, Lalit Modi and Mehul Choksi ran away from the country with your money,” Rahul Gandhi said in Kanker rally.

Ahead of assembly election in Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress president Rahul Gandhi are scheduled to address election rallies in poll-bound Chhattisgarh's Naxals affected Bastar region.

Assembly polls in Chhattisgarh will be held in two phases on Monday, November 12 and November 20. In the first phase, 18 constituencies of eight Naxals-hit districts Bastar, Kanker, Sukma, Bijapur, Dantewada, Narayanpur, Kondagaon and Rajnandgaon will go to polls and the remaining 72 constituencies on November 20. The counting of votes will be on December 11.
