Bihar: Rocky Yadav's cousin Teni Yadav surrenders in Aditya Sachdeva murder case

Teni Yadav an accused in the Aditya Sachdeva murder case, surrendered before the Gaya court on 16 May. Teni, the cousin of prime accused Rocky Yadav, has been sent to 14-days judicial custody.

Suspended Janata Dal-United (JD-U) leader Manorama Devi's son Rocky allegedly shot and killed a teenager Aditya Sachdeva in Bihar earlier this month in an incident of road rage. Aditya overtook Yadav's SUV following which he was shot dead. Rocky Yadav was arrested on 10 May and according to the police, he has confessed to the crime.

It is believed that Teni was present with Rocky when the incident took place. He has been absconding for the last week.

Manorama Devi is also facing an arrest warrant, which was issued on 11 May after spurious liquor was found at her residence. She was suspended late on 10 May, from the party for a period of six months by party head and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
