The Bihar government has decided to move the Supreme Court against the Patna High Court's decision to grant bail to Rocky Yadav, who was arrested in May for shooting a college student in Bihar in a case of road rage.

Rocky, the son of former Janata Dal (United) MLC Manorama Devi and gangster Bindi Yadav, gunned down 16-year-old Aditya Sachdeva in a fit of rage.

Rocky went on the run after the incident but was arrested a few days later by the Gaya police from a factory owned by Rocky's father.

Rocky was granted bail by the Chief Justice Iqbal Ahmed Ansari and is expected to walk free soon.
