Bihar gang-rape case: Teenager girl allegedly raped for 7 months by 15 schoolmates, 2 teachers and principal in Chhapra; case registered

In a heinous act, a teenager girl was allegedly gang-raped for seven months in Bihar's Chhapra district by total 18 people. The 13-year-old girl alleges that among those 18 accused, there were 2 school teachers, 15 schoolmates and by her school principal for seven months.

On Friday, the principal and a teacher at the school were arrested. Two students of the school have been detained. Hunt is on to nab the other accused named in the FIR filed by the girl, police said.


According to a complaint filed by the victim, she alleges that she was blackmailed and gang-raped by the accused ever since her father went to jail in 2017.

The teenager says she was first raped in December 2017, by a classmate who filmed the act and started blackmailing her. Later, four to five students joined along with the principal and two teachers. By the time, the number went up to 15 and blackmailing continued.

A case has been registered at the Ekma police station in Chhapra's Parsagarh, based on the girl's statement. The cops took a prompt action as the victim filed a complaint against them.

The girl's statement was given to the women's police station and The girl was brought to Sadar Hospital on Friday for a medical examination the report of which is expected to come soon. A medical board was formed as well for better investigation of the case.
