Amidst the #MeToo campaign, the Narendra Modi led BJP government came under severe attack by journalists, activists and civil society members when more than 10 women journalist accused Minister of State for External Affairs M.J Akbar of sexual misconduct.

Rahul Gandhi is encashing upon the allegations and in the rally is trying to remind the citizens about the hypocrisy of BJP and how it has become an industrialist government, favouring the business class.

Mehul Bhai, Nirav Bhai, Anil Bhai, Lalit Bhai, he never calls farmers & labourers 'Bhai'. Have you ever heard Modi ji calling poor 'Bhai'? Never. If he isn't in suit-boot, he isn't 'Bhai.”
