Watch: 2 years after achhe din, PM Modi claims 'Desh badal raha hai'

On 26 May, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a video, titled 'Transforming India', to mark the achievements of the NDA government on its two-year anniversary.

"Mera desh badal raha hai, aage badh raha hai, #TransformingIndia," Prime Minister Modi posted on Twitter.

Later today, PM Modi will kickstart the two-year anniversary celebrations with a rally in Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh.

The PM had earlier tweeted the theme song of the programme, which highlights various initiatives undertaken by the government as well as the achievements in last two years.

On May 27, several ministers will fan out across the country, where they will spend the day participating in public meetings.

Meanwhile, preparations are underway for a massive cultural show at India Gate, scheduled on Saturday, which will be attended by celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher and Prasoon Joshi.

Prime Minister Modi will also address public meetings in Dhavalgiri in Karnataka on 29 May, in Balasore in Odisha on 2 June, and another one in Rajasthan.
