Two people were killed and at least six others were left injured after a bus returning from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's program in Alirajpur, Madhya Pradesh overturned on 9 August.
The injured were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital.
On 9 August, PM Modi visited Bhabhra village, the birth place of revolutionary leader Chandrashekhar Azad. He also addressed a public meeting at Jothrada village.
The joint collector had directed schools in the area to provide buses to ferry people to Bhabhra for the Prime Minister's rally.
