1 civilian killed as cops open fire in Baghpat, UP

One civilian was killed after police opened fire in the Baghpat area of Uttar Pradesh.
Two policemen have been suspended over opening fire and shooting at a civilian, killing him. The procedure for their dismissal has reportedly begun.
