WrestleMania 34: The first-ever Fabulous Moolah Memorial Battle Royal
After the first ever Women's Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber matches, WWE is taking the women's division a step further. On Monday the company announced that the first Fabulous Moolah Memorial Battle Royal will take place.
This would be women's wrestling version of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
'Fabulous Moolah Memorial Battle Royal' is named after WWE Hall of Famer Fabulous Moolah.
She was a pioneer in women's professional wrestling. She was the only women wrestler to held Women's Championship for 27 years( 1956-1984).
The announcement of the match came by a video package which indicated that women from every WWE brand, including NXT would compete.
The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal was introduced back at WrestleMania 30, with Cesaro, Big Show, Baron Corbin and Mojo Rawley winning the four Andre The Giant trophies.
