Watch: 89-year-old lonely man turns to nude modelling for financial aid
The 89-year-old Chinese man named Wang Suzhong was left all alone after his wife's death two decades ago and discovered something very unusual for financial aid.
He poses in front of a camera in the universities and art studios in Chengdu but the catch is, he poses nude. Yes, you read it correctly, Suzhong visits twice a week to the university and takes off all his clothes and poses bare bodied.
He says, "My body shape is quite good for a senior citizen.” He retired as a tailor and currently enjoying 'body arts'
In 1997 after his wife passed away, he was left all by himself in a small flat so he cooked and washed clothes to pass time.
When asked about his children, he said, that are estranged, "None of them treats me like I’m their father. I don’t care if they don’t understand me now. They will have their turn to feel lonely when they are old,” He also added that his children never come and meet him, neither have dinner with him.
He hardly cares about the negative side of nude modelling, he just enjoys and feels it is a way to keep him engaged, “What I do is just body arts. I don’t feel shameful about it,” he explained. “It makes me feel less lonely, and it helps me financially.”
