A married woman was allegedly raped by her brother in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad. According to indiatvnews.com report, the man was said to be drunk when he raped his sister while his friend filmed the act.

The incident took place last month on December 23, when the victim’s husband was not at home.

The accused went to his younger sister’s house in an inebriated condition and raped her. His friend, who was also drunk, recorded the act on his mobile phone.

The accused man threatened the woman to upload the video if she informed anyone about the incident.

However, she narrated her ordeal when the accused began to stalk and harass her.

Initially, her parents pressurized the woman not to go to the police. But, after being harassed and threatened, the victim woman approached the Moradabad police and registered an FIR on Monday against her brother and his friend.
