Avengers series has helped Marvel to introduce his superheroes like Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain America (Chris Evans), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and others. Even SpiderMan (Tom Holland) entered in Avengers universe. Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr have worked together for three-four films and their chemistry onscreen has really been appreciated.
Even after the death of IronMan, Marvel is planning to take forward his legacy with SpiderMan. But do you how Tom Holland got the role of Spiderman. Spiderman is a widely appreciated superhero of Marvel and we have seen two actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield playing Spiderman in two different series of films. However, after Andrew Garfield dropped out to be Spiderman then the question was who will Spiderman in Avengers.
Then Tom Holland was cast for the superhero role and the interesting thing was that he got the role of Spiderman with the help of another superhero of Marvel. Actually, Chris Hemsworth who plays the role of Thor recommended Tom Holland's name for the casting of Spiderman. Chris Hemsworth in one of his interview revealed the same.
"I mean, look, we worked on In the Heart of the Sea together, obviously, then through Avengers and as they were casting him for Spider-Man, I did what I could do and made a call and said he's one of the most talented people I've worked with and has such a big heart and appreciation. I don't know, we have a great friendship, it's a good mutual respect." Tom Holland told to Entertainment Tonight.
Meanwhile, Chris Hemsworth is busy in the promotions of his recently released franchise film MIB: International. The film is doing good at the box office as well. While Tom Holland is busy for the promotions of Spider-Man: Far From Home.
