UPSC Recruitment 2019: Fresh vacancies released under 7th Pay Commission; here’s official notification

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a job notification for the posts of General Central Service, under Group ‘A’ category. Candidates who will qualify for the post will get the salary under 7th pay commission.

The vacancies have been released for the positions like Assistant Legal Adviser, Enforcement Directorate, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.

Interested and eligible candidates should register themselves on or before the last date i.e. 12th September 2019.

Age Limit:

Candidates who are applying for the post should not exceed the age limit of 40 years.

Educational Qualification:

To apply for the vacancies candidates should hold the degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent

Note: Equivalent degree is LLB OR Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent; Equivalent degree is LLM.

Experience Required:

(i) For LLB degree Holders: There is a requirement of three years experience at bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws.
(ii) For LLM degree Holders: Applicants should have one year experience at bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws.

Salary details:

The selected candidates will get a pay Scale in Level -11 in the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.
