UPSC New Notification 2019 Exam: Check out important details released for Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist exam
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released its another official notification for another competitive exam on its official website. Candidates who are interested to apply for the Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist Examination, 2019 can read the notification available at upsc.gov.in.
Before applying for the posts, candidates should check thoroughly details about the examination.
The last date to apply for the entrance examinations is 16th April till 6 pm. So, candidates should apply for the exam before 16th April, so that no network issue could trouble you while filling up your application form.

For Category I: Jobs in the Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Mines-
- Geophysicist (Group A): 14
- Geologist (Group A): 50
- Chemist (Group A0: 15 posts
For Category II: Posts in Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Resources-
- Junior Hydrogeologists (Scientist B) Group A: 27 posts
Application fee:
Candidates who are applying for the post will have to pay a fee of Rs 200. However, female/SC/ST/ Persons with Benchmark Disability need not pay application fee.

- Date of Commencement of Examination: June 28
